Reduced 6 kg weight in 15 days without much efforts.... :)

Weight loss is something which every large size people are up to. And I am one among them.... :)

And you know what guys and gals, I have just lost 6 kg in 15 days without too much exercise and dieting. And without any weight loss pills.

I just worked on my daily routine and in takes, very honestly. By keeping some standards while choosing my food and the drinks. 


Guys easiest n loving ways to reduce the weight. 


1. Have this home made drink in morning without any gap.

• Take 8 cup of water and warm it a bit but don't boil it.
• Take 1/2 cup honey. 
• Take 10 leaves of mint. 
• Take 8 lemon and squeeze the juice.
• Mix all the items and add it to water before warming it.
• Cool it and keep it in refrigerator. 

• Take this water one or two cups with ice in the morning empty stomach.

We can store it for 4 ~ 6 days in refrigerator to consume daily.
2.   Have at least 15 min Morning walk

3.   Followed with 15 min or 30 min exercise (aerobics, yoga, gym, anything that is comfortable for you) 

4.   Reduce sugar in your diet as much you can.

5.   Reduce salt in your diet.

6.   Avoid soft drinks and packed juice. Replace them with home extracted juices, soups, coconut water or simple water. 

7.   Avoid namkeen , biscuit , rusk , other oily and sugary snacks.

8.   Reduce one chapati in your diet. If possible take one chapati and little rice with daal and green vegetables. Have high fiber vegetables in your meals.

9.   Include toned milk and curd in your diet.

10. Consume lots of fruits whenever you can.

11. Before meal take 1 or 2 glass of water as this makes you to eat less.

12. Say NO to tea and coffee. 

13. Take green tea after every meal.

14. Take fat free cornflakes in breakfast ( Kellogg k). Add items high in protein.

15. After dinner go for 15 min of walk.

16. Keep two hours gap between dinner and your sleep.

17. Do not drink water in between your meal.

18. Drink water at least half an hour after any meal.

19. Try to sit as below mentioned position after meals --

      Bend your legs and sit on toes.

The above simple dos and don'ts lost 6 kg weight of mine in 15 days. 

And these rules are never going to fail you for sure. If not exactly 6 kg but approximately weight will surely be reduced.
